HOW DOES THE MATCHMAKING PLATFORM WORK?
STEP 1 - Create your profile online
If you are a sponsor or exhibitor you will be sent log in details in order to set up your online profile. You will be able to present your company and add your stand number. Sponsors and exhibitors will be able to organise matchmaking meetings at their stand. A dedicated matchmaking area will be made available for delegates, speakers and VIP's in order to meet.
STEP 2 - Organise your meetings in advance
The online matchmaking platform will be available soon. Once active you will be able to view the full Agribusiness Congress East Africa attendees list. Follow the steps to invite possible partners or accept received invitations to meet on-site.
STEP 3 - Personalised matchmaking
You are not sure yet who will be the right person to meet? Let our matchmaker suggest meetings for you! Look at your dashboard for suggestions made by our personal matchmaker.
STEP 4 - The meeting- network!
You will be sent a few days before the event your comprehensive list of meetings as well as their location. It will be then over to you to enjoy a productive conversation in 30 minute meetings.
STEP 5 - Fill in the gaps
You have registered onsite or havent had the time to organise your meetings in advance? Liaise with our personal matchmaker onsite to see who is available to meet with you.
